Rooted in the mountains and the sea, and inspired by the spirit of all things, the theme ultimately signifies “becoming one”. Sauljaljui and Putad Pihay, the lead singer of Outlet Drift, fused Paiwan and Amis melodies. This creation, clashing with instruments from various ethnic cultures, feels like an ocean current between islands—a flow that connects and links across languages and borders. We embrace voices from everywhere; though we may not share a language, we can still understand the song, the rhythm, and the breath that connects us all. No matter whether we come from the mountains, the sea, or any corner of the earth—our souls will ultimately converge and become one.
